Heat oven to 350° F. In skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until no longer pink in the center. Drain, cut into 1/4-inch rounds and combine with raisins.
Core (do not peel) apples and stuff with sausage mixture. Place in lightly buttered baking dish. Pour juice over apples and sprinkle tops with brown sugar. Bake 40 minutes or until apples are soft. Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.
