2 whole bananas - frozen
1 cup milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp granulated sugar
Preparation:
Place all in a blender and whirl until puréed. Garnish with nutmeg.
