Preparation:

Line a baking sheet with foil. Set aside.

In a 2-quart casserole, microwave candy coating at 50% (medium) for 4 to 6 minutes, or until coating can be stirred smooth, stirring twice. Stir in almonds. Spread to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness on prepared baking sheet. let stand, or chill, until set Break into pieces. Store in cool, dry place.

Servings: about 2 pounds candy
