Easy Hamburger Bean Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 lbs ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 16oz. can pork and beans
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- grated cheese
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1 Tbsp barbecue sauce
- 1 (10 count) can biscuits
Preparation:
Brown meat and onion, drain. Mix all ingredients (except biscuits and cheese) and pour into Pyrex dish (at least 9x13).
Cut biscuits in half and place flat side down around edges of dish on meat mixture. Fill center with cheese. Bake 350° F or 30-35 minutes.
