Three-Bean Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 10 bacon slices, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 2 Tbsp molasses
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 - 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
- 1 - 16 oz. pork and beans
- 1 - 16 oz. can butter beans, drained
Preparation:
Brown meats, drain away fat, add onions to meats. Cook until onion is tender. Add sugars, ketchup, barbeque sauce, mustard, molasses and seasonings; mix well.
Add beans, pour mixture into 3 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° F for one hour.
