Preheat the oven to 400° F. Heat oil & sauté onion until clear.
Add beef and cook, crumbling, until browned. Stir in flour, then worc, purée, mushrooms (sliced) stock, salt and pepper to taste.
Add 2 tablespoon cold water to gravy granules and mix to form paste.
Add to meat.
Pour into pie dish (use pie bird, if you have one), cover with puff pastry, vent and brush with beaten egg.
Cook 20 - 30 minutes or until pastry is golden.
