Chili

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs chili meat
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 4 Tbsp fat
  • 2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 1/2 qt. water
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 can tomato paste

Preparation:

Brown meat, add garlic, onion, salt, flour, fat, chili powder and cumin. Add water. Add tomato paste. Simmer for two hours.
