Heat oil over med.-high heat. Sauté' onions til translucent Stir in garlic, chilies, cumin, oregano and cayenne pepper. Sauté' 2 minutes. Add beans and broth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until beans are tender.
About 2 hours. Stir occassionally. Add chicken and cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Season with salt/pepper to taste.
