Corn Chowder #5

Ingredients:
  • 2 potatoes, sliced
  • 2 celery ribs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 6 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 2 Tbsp chicken bouillon
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 16 oz. frozen corn
  • 1 quart half and half milk

Preparation:

Sauté potatoes, celery and onion in margarine for 10 minutes. Add salt and flour and cook for an additional 1 minute.

Stir bouillon in water and add. Add corn and half and half. Heat to eating temperature and serve.
