Italian Beef

Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 to 5 lbs) rump roast
  • 1 package Good Seasons Italian Dress
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 package Au jus gravy mix
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 6 Pepperoncini peppers

Preparation:

Mix together water, gravy mix, dressing, and Italian seasoning. Pour over roast in crock-pot. Add peppers if desired. Cook on LOW (about 2 hrs.)

Break up reoast and cook 1 more hour. Serve on hambureger buns.
