Seven Layer Sombrero Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg - 1 oz. Hidden Valley original ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 16 oz. can refried beans
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 4 oz. can diced green chiles, drained
  • 2.25 oz. can sliced black olives, drained
  • 3/4 cup each shredded cheddar cheese and co-jack cheese

Preparation:

Spread beans on 10 inch serving platter. Blend sour cream and dressing mix. Spread over beans. Layer green chiles, black olives and cheese.

Serve with tortilla chips.
