Turn stove on to medium heat. In a 2-quart or larger pot, pour in salsa. Chop Velveeta cheese into chunks. Mix cheese chunks into heated salsa. Stir until cheese is melted.
Turn stove down to low. Next brown ground beef and put about a Tbsp of taco seasoning into cooked beef. Drain beef. Now pour beef into salsa and cheese mixture.
Serve with tortilla chips, place in taco shells or use as a salad topping (with jalapeños, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.).
