Preparation:

Use an assortment of types of Delicious apples. Combine the cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Sprinkle with peanuts.

Place sliced apples in a baggy with the orange juice for one hour (to prevent browning). Take out when ready to serve and arrange around the dip.
