Dried Beef Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- dash garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion flakes
- 1 pkg. - 4 oz. chipped, dried beef
- Wheat Thins crackers or Mini bagels
Preparation:
Beat cream cheese and sour cream. Add garlic powder and onion flakes. Stir. Tear up chipped beef into small pieces and add to cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350° F for 20-25 minutes until top starts to brown. Serve warm with crackers or bagels. Serves 4-6. This recipe can be easily doubled, but I do not add more garlic powder when doubling.
