Hot Beefy Dip

Ingredients:
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup almonds or pecan chopped
  • 1 pkg. of dry beef
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Preparation:

Mix green peppers, onion, and cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Mix all the other ingredients.

Microwave medium for 2 minutes. Serve with crackers.
