Pokey's Beef Dip

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz. Cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 2 TbspGreen pepper, chopped finely
  • 1/8 tspBlack pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Minced, finely, onion
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 5 tsp Kraft's horseradish sauce
  • 1/4 cup Nuts plus about
  • 2 pkg dried beef, cut up or clipped into fine pieces

Preparation:

Parmesan cheese (optional)

Blend softened cream cheese and milk. Stir in finely snipped beef, onion, green pepper, and black pepper. Mix well; add 1/4 cup nuts, sour cream, and horseradish. Spoon into baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/8 nuts on top.

Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. After cooled, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve on crackers, breadsticks, vegetables
