Reuben Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 - 3 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz. sliced corned beef, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp milk (optional)
  • Rye crackers

Preparation:

Heat cream cheese, sour cream, corned beef, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut in small sauce pan over low heat until hot, thin with milk if necessary.

Serve with rye crackers.

Servings: 2 1/2 cups
