Beer Dip #2

Ingredients:
  • 2 - 5 oz. jars Old English Cheddar spread
  • 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 oz. beer
  • 1 round loaf of bread

Preparation:

Mix cheddar, cream cheese, garlic and beer until smooth. Cut a 1-1/2 inch slice off the top of the bread. Hollow out the bottom part, leaving a thick shell.

Tear the slice from the top of the bread and the bread from inside into bite-size pieces.

Fill the shell with dip. Set on a large platter and arrange the bread pieces around it to serve.
