Hot Cheddar Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup extra-sharp Cabot Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 sm. onion, finely minced

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400° F.

In a food processor, blend together Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and minced onion, till well blended. Pour into a small casserole dish. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Serve hot with pieces of French bread or plain unsalted crackers.
