In a bowl, place oregano, parsley, bread crumbs, and grated cheese. In a frying pan, melt butter and sauté onions.
Combine butter and onions with cheese mixture. Add the clams (with juice) and lemon juice. Mix until it becomes an oatmeal-like consistency.
Grease each pie plate with butter and place 1/2 mixture in each pan.
Bake in a preheated 325° oven for 20 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil for the first 10 minutes. Serve with crackers.
