Clam Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1-8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp grated onion
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3-4 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1- 7 1/2 oz. can minced clams, drained

Preparation:

Soften cream cheese. Add lemon juice, onion, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce and salt. Beat until light and fluffy. Stir in clams.

Refrigerate until about 20 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers of your choice.
