Clam Dip #2

Ingredients:
  • 2 cans clams, drained
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • Grated Cheddar cheese
  • Garlic salt, onion salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Mix clams, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, sour cream, lemon juice and mayonnaise together with seasonings - (approximately 1/2 tsp of each).

Place in casserole or pie plate, top with cheddar cheese and bake 20 minutes at 350° F. Serve with crackers.
