Hot Clam Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 rolls Ritz crackers crushed
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 sm. onion chopped
  • 1 can Progresso white clam sauce
  • 2 cans minced or chopped clams drained

Preparation:

Sauté onion in butter until clear, add clam sauce, clams and crackers. Mix well and put into casserole dish.

Cover and bake for 20 min. then uncover and bake for 20 min. more. Serve with crackers.
