Curry Dip For Raw Vegetables Or Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup low calorie salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 to 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp marjoram
2 cloves pickled garlic, chopped
1/2 to 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Curry powder to taste - 1/2 to 1 tsp
Preparation:
Mix well and serve with raw vegetables or as a dip.
