Damascus Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 19 oz. Chickpeas
  • 3 T Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 T Water
  • 1 T Oriental Sesame Oil
  • 1 Medium Clove Garlic
  • 3/4 tsp Cumin
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • Raw Vegetables
  • Pita Triangles

Preparation:

Rinse chickpeas. Into a blender or food processor add all ingredients. Process until smooth. Will keep in refrigerator for 1 week. Serve with vegetables and pita triangles.
