Drain chick-peas. Using a food processor, process chick-peas, garlic, salt, about 5 minutes. Add tahini, water, lemon juice and olive oil. Process until smooth. If batter is too thick, add more water, lemon juice to desired consistency.
Serve in a dip dish. Spook on top, a tsp of olive oil, garnish with parsley. Serve with a pita bread.
