Layered Italian Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 - 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 sm. zucchini, shredded
  • 1 sm. tomato, chopped
  • 3/4 cup - 3 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

In small bowl, smash garbanzo beans with sour cream. Spread mixture over large platter. Spoon pesto sauce over bean mixture and top with zucchini and tomato. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Serve with bagel chips or bread.
