Hot Mexican Dip

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 lbs Velveeta cheese
  • 5 oz. Enchilada sauce
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 7 oz. diced green chiles

Preparation:

Brown beef in frying pan. Drain and mix in Enchilada sauce, Worcestershire, garlic salt and chiles.

In large bowl melt cheese in microwave. Stir in meat mixture. Serve hot with tortilla chips.

Use crock pot set on low to keep it warm.
