Mexican Layered Dip

Ingredients:
  • 2 - 15 oz. cans refried beans with green chilies
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup picante sauce, medium or hot
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese - 4 oz.
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 4 oz.
  • 4 green onion, chopped
  • 1 - 4 oz. can sliced black olives
  • Tortilla chips

Preparation:

Spread beans in 9x13-inch baking dish. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream; spread over beans. Sprinkle chopped avocados with lemon juice.

Layer over mayonnaise mixture. Cover with picante sauce. Sprinkle with cheeses, then onions. Top with olives.

Bake, uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
