Nacho Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 lbs mild port sausage
  • 1 lbs hot port sausage
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 - 6 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1 - 8 oz. jar taco sauce
  • 2 - 4 oz. cans chopped green chilies
  • 1 - 4 oz. jar pimientos, chopped
  • 2 lbs. processed American cheese

Preparation:

In large skillet, cook sausage, crumble into 1/2 inch pieces. Drain. Combine sausage and remaining ingredients in crock pot.

Cook on high until cheese is melted and all ingredients are combined, stirring often. Adjust to low heat.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Servings: 80 - 2 Tbsp
