Cream together an 8 ounce package of cream cheese (softened) and 1/2 box of powdered sugar. Stir in 1/2 can of pumpkin, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp nutmeg. Mix thoroughly.
Pour into small serving bowl and garnish with pecans, cinnamon and sugar.Serve with ginger snaps.
