Hot Reuben Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg. - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island Dressing
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded Swiss Cheese, divided
  • 4 oz. deli corned beef, chopped
  • 1/2 cup drained sauerkraut
  • small loaf Caraway Rye Bread, sliced

Preparation:

Beat cream cheese and dressing, stir in 1 cup of Swiss cheese and corned beef. Spread on small pizza pan. Top with sauerkraut and remaining 1/2 cup Swiss cheese.

Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Serve hot with Caraway Rye bread.
