Reuben Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • 1 pkg. - 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3-4 oz. corned beef
  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese
  • 3 Tbsp thousand island dressing

Heat on low in crock pot. Makes a small amount. Serve with snack rye bread.
