Rueben Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 lbs cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 can sauerkraut
  • 6 oz. corned beef, chopped

Preparation:

Heat cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth. Add Thousand Island dressing, sauerkraut and corned beef. Serve hot with bread.
