Spinach Dip

Ingredients:
  • Combine 2 - (10 oz.) packages of thawed, well drained, frozen spinach;
  • 1 - (16 oz.) carton nonfat sour cream; 1 cup fat free (or reduced calorie mayonaise)
  • 1 cup plain, nonfat, yogurt
  • 2 - (8 oz.) cans water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1 - (1.4 oz.) package dry vegetable soup and recipe Mix (I use Knorr)
  • 1 cup sliced green onions.

Preparation:

Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight. Slice the top third off of one bread loaf and hollow out the inside. Fill with dip for presentation and surround with fresh vegetable for dipping.
