Fifth Inning Taco Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. hamburger
  • 1 can - 16 oz. refried beans
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 bottle - 8 oz. La Victoria green taco sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream - 8 oz.)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Preparation:

Heat oven to 350° F.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook hamburger; drain the fat. Add refried beans, taco seasoning mix and water and mix well until beans are hot.

Put into casserole dish. Mix equal amounts of green taco sauce with sour cream; pour on top of the hamburger mixture. Sprinkle cheese and green onions on top.

Bake until cheese is melted and dip is warm throughout, usually about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand
