Spread/mash refried beans on bottom of plate. Mash avocado in small bowl, add lemon juice. Spread mashed avocado on top of bean layer.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning mix. Spread mixture on top of avocado layer (dip can be refrigerated over night at this point). Add cheese, then top with tomatoes, green onions, and olive slices.
Chill for at least 3 hours. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
