Layered Taco Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies, undrained
  • 2 tsp Wylers beef instant bouillon
  • 1 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 small pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 16 oz. can refried beans
  • 1 6 oz. frozen avocado dip, thawed

Preparation:

Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Add chilies and bouillon, cook and stir till bouillon dissolves.

Cool. Combine sour cream and taco seasoning, set aside. In a 7 or 8-inch spring form pan or large plate, spread beans, top with meat mixture, sour cream mixture and avocado dip.

Cover and chill several hours. To serve, garnish with cheese, tomatoes, onions and olives. Serve with tortilla chips.
