Taco Joe Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 16 oz. can pinto beans
  • 1 15 1/2 oz. corn
  • 1 15 oz. can black beans
  • 1 14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 4 oz. can green chillies
  • 1 env. taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 stalks celery (chopped)
  • tortilla chips

Preparation:

Drain beans and corn. In a slow cooker combine all ingredients. Cook on low for 5-7 hours. Serve with tortilla chips, or over rice.
