Touchdown Taco Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 16 oz. can refried beans
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp taco seasoning mix
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pitted ripe olives, sliced
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1/4 cup green beans with tops, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, thinly sliced (optional)

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350° F. Spread refried beans over bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish.

In bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Add garlic. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over beans. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top.

Bake 15-18 minutes or until hot. Top with olives, diced tomato, green onions, and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
