Tailgate Party Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 - 16 oz. cans spicy refried beans
- 3 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup green onions, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 - 2 1/4 oz. can sliced ripe olives, drained
- tortilla chips
Preparation:
Spread beans onto 12-inch serving plate. Mash avocados with lemon juice and salt; spread over bean mixture.
Combine sour cream and taco seasoning; spread over avocado layer. Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes, cheese and olives.
Serve with tortilla chips.
