Cook and cool refried beans. Spread in the bottom of a 9x9 pan.
Mash avocadoes with 2 Tbsp sour cream and spread over the beans. Cover with chopped tomatoes.
Mix 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 package taco seasoning, ranch dressing and mayonnaise, spread over tomatoes.
Top with cheese. Serve with chips.
