Ingredients:
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp dill weed
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Dash of freshly ground pepper
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in bowl or blender. Refrigerate several hours.
Serve with raw vegetables.
