Volcano Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 can of refried beans
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 2 cup fancy shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • 1 chopped green onion (optional)
  • 1 bag of your favorite corn tortilla chips

Preparation:

Spread the refried beans on a shallow edged dish. Mix the dry taco seasoning mix into the sour cream and mound it on top of the beans.

Next, spoon salsa on top of the sour cream. Then pile with the lettuce and cover with cheese. Sprinkle black olives in the center of the top, creating a volcano.
