Prepare Rice according to package instructions.
To prepare puckling breast, place Culver Duckling Breasts Skin-side down in Skillet
Cook over Medium High heat 15 minutes. Pour off renderings.
Place on Cutting Board for 5 minutes to rest.
Slice on the bias at a 45 degree angle into 1/4" slices.
To prepare vegetables: thinly slice carrots, dice green onions, finely chop garlic cloves, grated fresh ginger.
Lift gently to stir until vegetables are done (about 5 minutes). Add Glaze and mix gently. Serve over Rice with Wontons and Egg Rolls.
