Grease 9x13 inch pan. Cover bottom of pan with bread slices. Cover bread with grated cheese, then cooked sausage. Beat eggs with mustard and l 1/2 cup milk; pour over sausage. Mix soup and remaining milk together; pour over all. Allow to sit overnight in refrigerator. Bake in 300° F oven for 1 1/2 hours.
