Crab Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients:
  • 12 hard cook eggs
  • 1 - 6 oz. can crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 2 oz. jar sliced pimento, drained
  • Fresh parsley sprigs.

Preparation:

Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks with fork; add crabmeat, mayonnaise, mustard stirring well. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. Garnish with pimiento slices and fresh parsley sprigs.
