Boil eggs 10 minutes. Cool under running water. Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks carefully (keep white part of egg intact). Collect yolks in a medium mixing bowl and place egg-white halves on a plate or tray.
,Add salad dressing, relish, salt and pepper to egg yolks and mix well. Fill egg-white holes with yolk mixture, heaping it up and using all yolk mixture. Place on plate and sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
