Boil and peel eggs. Slice eggs into halves. Dump yolks into a large bowl. Place egg white halves on a tray. Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, relish, peppers, salt, hot sauce, Accent, and sugar in the bowl with the yolks. With a whisk or mixer, mix well until filling mixture is smooth. Place filling into each egg white. Sprinkle paprika on each egg and place an olive on top.
