Preheat oven to 375° F. Butter 4 muffin cups. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and garlic. Using a cutting board, stack 3 phyllo sheets. Cut into fourths, forming 12 squares. Cover dough with a damp paper towel when not in use to prevent drying ou Tbsp Press 1 phyllo square, one sheet thick, into the bottom of each muffin cup. Brush with butter.
Add another layer of phyllo, brush with butter. Repeat a third time. Bake for 10 min. Carefully remove from muffin cups and cool on a wire rack. In a medium bowl, beat eggs with 1 Tbsp of water. Melt 2 Tbsp of butter in a skillet and add eggs and ham. Scramble eggs, sprinkle in cheese and stir until melted. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into phyllo baskets.
